Key Partnerships: The strategic alliances and partnerships that a business forms to enhance its capabilities and reach. 9. Cost Structure: The costs and expenses that a business incurs to operate and deliver its value proposition. By using the Business Model Canvas, businesses can identify and understand the key components of their business model, assess its strengths and weaknesses, and explore opportunities for improvement and innovation.
